Beneficial Owner Access Restriction

The Beneficial Ownership Transparency (Access Restriction) Regulations, 2024 allow individuals to apply for protection from disclosure under the Beneficial Ownership Transparency (Legitimate Interest Access) Regulations, 2024 where they believe that information relating to them, if disclosed, will place them at serious risk.
