The Public Records register is maintained in accordance with the Public Recorder Law (2010 Revision) (“the Law”). The register includes deed polls, wills, promissory notes, affidavits, bills of sale and debentures.

Information maintained in the Public Records register is open to the public at a cost specified by the Law.
